Calling for recent graduates!
The West Australian-German Business Association (WAGBA) is proud to announce our partnership with the University of Western Australia (UWA) and the Scholarships for Australian- German Student Exchange (SAGSE) on the launching of a new Graduate Exchange Program in March 2022. The program aims to offer a pathway for university students in Western Australia and Germany looking to gain industry experience within the international business scene as they complete, or are nearing the end of their studies. Through this program candidates will be able to create meaningful ties with businesses and mentors within the industry whilst developing their careers.

Steven's profile:
2012– joined Schaeffler as a Sales and Service Engineer, whose role was to support OEM and distribution for customers in both commercial and technical requirements for Western Australia
2017– appointed State Manager for Western Australia
2018– appointed Regional Manager West in 2018 with a change of senior management and a shift in customer focus, which has given him the responsibility for the sales regions of Western Australia, South Australia and the Northen Territory

ANZAC Club Event Venue
WAGBA is pleased to announce its membership with the ANZAC Club, which is located at St Georges Terrace in the Perth CBD, just across Government House.
WAGBA elected to entered into this membership as it will provide the opportunity to the Association to use facilities for networking events or functions, catering inclusive. Other benefits for WAGBA members are e.g. access to the ANZAC Club bar and restaurant, reduced venue hire cost for function bookings and access to book the
Club’s members-only Club events. Further WAGBA members have access to corporate rates at the Quay Hotel.
